Mr. Anil Davda - President

Mr.Anil Davda brings with him over 30 years of invaluable experience in the fields of finance and education. An esteemed educationist and mentor, he has played instrumental roles in the establishment and growth of numerous educational institutions including preschools, K-12 schools and other educational ventures.
His expertise spans across various renowned educational chains such as Narayana Group and Rahul Education. Mr.Davda serves as the president of ALC and is responsible to oversee strategic initiatives, business development & ensure the continued success of our education network.

Ms. Nitya Ramaswami - Mentor - Academics

Ms. Nitya Ramaswami is a visionary leader who has over four decades of experience in educational sector management, board governance, and organizational change management. She has served as Executive Director/Mentor for over seven years and has provided many valuable contributions to schools both in India and overseas. Ms. Ramaswami is a qualified auditor of the QCI (Quality Council of India) and is empaneled with the CBSE. She has received numerous commendations for her service towards special needs and the community at large pertaining to education, and is a life-time achievement awardee of Rehabilitation Council of India. She has done her masters in education and is in the process of completing her doctorate program. At ALC, Nitya mentors the academic team and ensures complete readiness of the curriculum. She assists in internal audits and drives the academic team so that all stakeholders, including parents and children are well aligned with the company’s vision of creating the leaders of tomorrow.
